David J. Flynn, DDS
Dr. David J. Flynn earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Towson University in 1984 and graduated in the top 10% of his class from NYU College of Dentistry in 1990. His journey into dentistry began in a truly unforgettable way as his very first dental procedure was performed on a walrus at SeaWorld, an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for the profession and a great story he still enjoys sharing. Dr. Flynn has been serving the community for over 33 years and opened this practice on his own in 1993. He provides a wide range of dental procedures and is dedicated to delivering high-quality treatment tailored to each patient’s needs. Known for his engaging personality, Dr. Flynn enjoys entertaining his patients, telling stories, and creating a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere during every visit. Outside the office, Dr. Flynn enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time with his children, and playing music with his band, WonderBrothers Band.
Isaac Tbeile, DDS
Dr. Isaac Tbeile is a highly skilled periodontist dedicated to restoring oral health with precision, compassion, and expertise. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University in 1997 and completed his periodontal residency training at NYU in 2000. Dr. Tbeile specializes in dental implants, extractions, and gum surgery, providing advanced periodontal care with a focus on long-term function and stability. Known for his calm demeanor and excellent chairside manner, he takes pride in helping patients feel relaxed, informed, and confident throughout their treatment by clearly explaining procedures and addressing concerns with patience and care. During his free time, Dr. Tbeile enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Oksana Tsish, DDS
Dr. Oksana Tsish has over 20 years of experience providing general dentistry services to her patients in a high volume private dental practice. Dr. Tsish graduated from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in June of 2005. She was awarded Student Award of Merit by the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry in 2005. Dr. Tsish completed her residency training with the Department of Dental Medicine at Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens Hospitals in 2006. She was awarded the Outstanding Resident Award by the Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers Department of Dental Medicine and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for excellence in the delivery of care to her patients, dedication to her profession, and outstanding academic and clinical performance. Dr. Tsish is dedicated to providing high quality patient-centered care. She is passionate about helping patients improve their smiles and oral health. Dr. Tsish offers a full range of services including routine cleanings, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and prosthodontics. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Svetlana Bogomolova, DDS
Dr. Svetlana Bogomolova began her dental career in Ukraine, where she graduated from the Odessa National Medical University with a degree in Stomatology. She brought her passion for dentistry with her when she moved to New York City in 1997. Dr. B earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University and has been caring for patients since 2005.For over 20 years, Dr. B has been an integral part of the Leprechaun Dental family, a place that has truly become her second home. She is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care and has built lasting relationships with generations of patients and their families. Dr. B specializes in all aspects of restorative dentistry, including veneers, crowns, bridges, implants restoration, teeth whitening and full mouth rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and proud of their smiles. Outside of the office, Dr. B enjoys traveling, skiing and cooking, as well as spending time with her husband and her two daughters.
Filomena Papapietro, DDS
Dr. Filomena Papapietro is a dedicated general dentist committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the NYU College of Dentistry in 2005 and completed a General Practice Residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, where she received advanced training in comprehensive and hospital-based dental care. With extensive experience in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. P is passionate and stays actively engaged in the latest advancements in the field through continuing education and modern technology. She places great importance on building trusting relationships with her patients, grounded in mutual respect and open communication throughout the treatment process. Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, she creates personalized treatment plans that support long-term oral health and confident smiles. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a special interest in working with younger patients, helping them develop healthy habits and grow into confident, responsible partners in their oral health. Dr. P enjoys spending time with her husband & two daughters, traveling, cooking, staying active, and cuddling with her pug, Rambo.
Michael Beck, DDS
Dr. Michael Beck began his dental career at this practice as a dental assistant, where he developed a strong foundation in patient care and a lasting connection to the practice’s values. Dr. Beck earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Wagner College, followed by his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo. He completed his residency at Rutgers University, where he gained broad experience across many dental procedures. He provides comprehensive care including preventive visits, restorative dentistry, endodontics, implant restorations, and teeth whitening. Known for his calm, patient-centered approach, Dr. Beck is especially skilled at helping pediatric patients feel at ease and takes pride in educating patients so they can make informed decisions about their oral health. Outside the office, Dr. Beck is happily married to an amazing speech pathologist, and together they are raising their beautiful daughter, who proudly takes up most of his free time. When they’re not watching (or re-watching) episodes of Bluey, they’re breaking out a toy dental kit and sneaking in some early lessons because it’s never too soon to learn about teeth. He’s also a big fan of daily trivia games and can’t resist pestering his staff to see who can claim the highest score.

Lily Bozaglo, DMD
Dr. Lily Bozaglo earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2024, where she was selected as one of only nine fourth-year students to participate in the highly competitive Community Oriented Dental Education (CODE) program. Through CODE, she provided comprehensive care to underserved populations while training in a private-practice model that strengthened her ability to manage diverse, high-volume patient care with a trauma-informed approach. She completed her general practice residency at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health, where she was one of six accepted applicants. During her residency, Dr. Bozaglo gained extensive experience in multidisciplinary treatment planning, advanced restorative and prosthodontic cases, all levels of endodontic cases, surgical extractions, bone grafting. She is passionate about delivering thoughtful, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Bozaglo is a proud mother who enjoys spending time with her family, her daughters, and her dog.
